Overview of the 8 week course.

This course is an eight-week program that will meet as a group one time a week for two hours.  During the program you will be introduced to meditation practice along with some simple and strengthening yoga practice. Throughout the process you will be “consciously and systematically working with your own stress, pain and illness and the challenges and demands of everyday life.”

A typical 8 week course will have an introduction class which is open to the public and is free, then 7 weeks of regular workshop meetings, one of which is an all day workshop.
