Dear Alumni,

It is with great excitement that equilibrium will be offering a Committed Alumni Program. This program will be a one year offering for those who would like to learn more about the foundational elements of mindfulness and want to be a part of a community of practitioners. The course will consist of four, six-week classes which will take place throughout out the year. These sessions will help with the continuity of the community and the teachings in between the six week programs.

Additionally, all of the participants will have buddy groups formed with other participants in the program. You will meet with your buddies monthly throughout the year to explore the practice and teachings together. These groups can create great opportunities for learning, friendship and long-term dharma friends. You can choose to meet in person or online depending on your groups preference.
