New Program: Mindfulness Based Self-Compassion Program

Free introductory class: October 11th from 6pm to 7:30pm
Regular weekly classes start October 18th from 6pm to 8:00pm until the last class on November 22nd.
Class Location: TBD
Cost $365 which includes two access to recordings and materials.
Registration is limited to 15 people and is done on a first come first serve basis.
*Vaccination is required or evidence of a negative COVID test with in 72 hours of each in person session.
