January Free Introductory Night

FreeFree introductory class: Wednesday January 16th, 2019 from 6PM to 8PM.
People who wish to attend the introductory session can register by emailing colleen@equilibrium-mbsr.com. Please also include your name, and the number of people attending. You are not required to register in advance but it does help on our end with regard to planning for the class size and in the unlikely event of any potential changes to the time or location.
