I am very excited to have Spencer Sherman, MBA offer this program to our community. I met him in the Dedicated Practitioner Program at Spirit Rock, and he was telling me about he has brought mindfulness into financial planning. I was personally very interested and wanted to be able to offer this to our community.
Mindfulness has been recognized the world over for reducing stress, pain, and improving the quality of life. We’ve been taught to apply mindfulness to many areas: work, school, family, and friends. But what about your money life? Join us for a day of looking within and applying easy-to-use mindfulness tools and techniques to unlock the patterns keeping you from financial health and success.
All are welcome regardless of experience with mindfulness or finance.
