Transience, impermanence, and change are integral to the human experience. How do we skillfully approach changes and transitions in our life? How can mindfulness support us living in a constantly changing world?
In this two hour session, we explore the role of mindfulness in the three stages of life changes – Separation, Transition, Integration. Specifically, this course will focus on transitions such as becoming a parent, career changes, and retirement, and will also address the transition from pandemic to post-pandemic life.
In addition to offering the latest neuroscientific evidence in support of the benefits of mindfulness during transitions, this course will be rich in mindfulness practices and conversation and interaction among course participants.
