The sessions are on the third Saturday of the month from 10-11am.
This FREE, 1-hour session begins with a short Transitioning and Arriving practice and includes a 15 to 20-minute guided meditation. The focus of this session is the practical application of mindfulness in daily life. Yvonne offers a short presentation on a specific mindfulness topic and invites participants to contribute by asking questions and sharing their own insights. The session concludes with a poem specifically selected to align with the session topic.
