This retreat will be held on October 14th and 15th. It will be a commuter retreat so you will go home each evening.
The focus of this retreat is bringing mindfulness into our lives through the 8-fold path. The eight-fold path includes Right View, Right Intention, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness, Right Concentration. It will be presented in a secular format and will give suggestions about how the 8-fold path can show up in our formal practice and how we can explore it in our daily lives.
